Residential Projects
Our home interiors are designed to enhance the unique lifestyle of each client while expressing their varying aesthetic choices and fulfilling their functional requirements. Each project is the result of a collaborative effort between the client and AMS’ designers. When working with homeowners and developers of multi-family residences, our designers bring more than 50 years of combined experience in creating the desired environment through the selection of colors, finishes, fine art, furniture and lighting. As professional interior designers, and graduates of a rigorous, CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation) accredited program, we are specialists in selecting and coordinating finishes and materials we know are durable, environmentally safe and affordable, given each project’s budget. We bring our network of reliable vendors and resources to each new construction, renovation or downsizing project.

Residential Services
Our residential design services include space planning; floor plans; color coordination; design of custom cabinetry, lighting, kitchens and baths; and selection of furniture, materials, finishes, fabric, custom window treatments and fine art. AMS also provides design consultation services to clients who want to make their own design decisions but need professional guidance and direction.
